First New Testament Church

We are so thankful that you are interested in knowing more about membership at First New Testament Church.

If you feel led by the Holy Spirit to unite with the FNT church family in membership, we require first of all that you have received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and have been baptized. Also that there would be agreement with First New Testament doctrine, vision and mission, and structure.

We feel that this agreement is necessary to know one another and walk together as a body of believers. We also desire to know that as people serve in FNT, they are in unity with the leadership and the doctrines we embrace. Psalm 133:1-3

Membership in the Local Body

What do we offer?

Jesus! Love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement. We desire that you be part of our family where you can love, laugh, learn, and live.

What do we want for you?

To become spiritually mature through discipleship, fellowship, Bible Study, the preaching of the gospel, prayer, service, worship and praise.

God will build His church. He will see to its growth. Man cannot produce growth! Only God makes the church grow. Only God can breathe new life into a valley of dry bones. Only God can create – revival, growth, spiritual receptivity…God makes it grow (1 Cor. 3:6).

We believe God supplies the materials to build His church when he bids that all men come. Boys, girls, men, and women can come. Every race, culture, and class of people should be invited to Christ and this church through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

What does God want to see inside the church He is building?

Fellowship, Discipleship, Worship, Ministry, Evangelism – These are the fundamental characteristics of the newly formed Church in Acts 2: 42-47. This is what the Holy Spirit was able to produce within the first converts.

What do we ask of you as a born again believer in Christ and member of FNT?

We ask that, in accordance with the Word of God you would:

Strive to maintain the unity of the church
Strive to maintain the testimony of the church
Share the responsibility of the church
Serve the Lord in the church

This meeting will provide the opportunity for us to share with you the vision and heart of FNT through our new members packet. We would also like the opportunity to answer any questions that you may have regarding FNT.
