Elisha is a life of progression – the epitome of a minister. Constantly he is advancing and progressing in his call. If a man is called to be higher, then he must fill up the place he is presently in. The abundant joy and intimacy with God is enjoyed by those who are progressing – going up higher.

To hear God a man must be of the same constitution as God – Spirit. God’s voice…God’s presence and God’s power rests upon men, but why? And how does a man know that God has touched him?
