Our God is an intimate powerful loving Father.

We are the ‘good soldiers’ God has chosen to fight the battle. God give us the grace to be a good soldier for you.

How it can be done:

  1. Preach the word and make disciples.
  2. Proclaim and seek the miraculous.

The church is built on the identity of Jesus Christ. The church of Jesus is to be triumphant because He is triumphant.

What hopeless, helpless situations in your life are you not able to trust God to change? He dwells among the broken. He has a love for you that will sustain you in your darkest hour.

Hope

Because of Jesus’ worthiness we live in obedience to the mission He has called us to. Jesus is worthy of radical obedience, supreme love, and full devotion.

The Body of Christ should work together as a team. Encouraging one another and bearing one another’s burdens. We are not cavaliers with the gospel or competitors with one another! Rather we are an instrument to be used of the Holy Spirit in order to minister the depth of God’s love and to share the hope of the gospel with others.

An ambassador is chosen by their king. If we are to be effective ambassadors for Christ, we must intimately know Him in order to represent Him.

Compassion

Compassion is when you dare to go a step further. Where you dare to love with action.

When we bow to Jesus, and submit our lives under His authority, He will make us His disciples by:

Going

Showing

Teaching

It is our responsibility as His followers to spread the gospel and give love and encouragement to those lost and searching for hope! HE is the only way to peace.

As the time of the Judges comes to a close, we see Israel asking God for a king. But is the king they desire one of just, holy conduct? Or do they simply want someone to reflect their own character? Dive into 1 Samuel with us as we see Israel’s rejection of Yahweh as their King.

As Joshua follows the Lord’s command to be “strong & courageous”, he leads the Israelite army into The Promised Land to fight on God’s behalf for their long-awaited inheritance.

As Moses gives his final speech to the Israelites, he calls the people of God to remember the covenant, for if they obey God’s commands they will experience great blessing & inherit the promised land. However, if they fail to keep the covenant which God established, they will experience curse & exile. After his final words, Moses passes away and the mantle of leadership is passed onto Joshua. As he leads them into the Promised Land they begin their conquest of the Canaanite Kings.

In the midst of surmounting obstacles and trials, do not lose sight of the greatness God.

As God instructs Moses to speak to a rock & bring forth water for His people, Moses takes things into his own hands and is not allowed to enter the Promised Land. As the people of God march forward, Yahweh saves His people from destruction with a Bronze Serpent & speaks blessings through Balaam instead of curses.

We need to rise to what is before us! Our lives are to be a reflection of our walk with the Lord.

As the second generation of Israelites are nearing the entrance of the Promised Land, Moses dives into his first speech to encourage God’s people to love the one true, unique and near God with all their heart, soul & might, to obey His commandments, and to devote themselves fully to His cause.

As we finish out Moses’ opening speech in Deuteronomy, we dive into laws concerning Israel’s worship, leadership & civil life. We quickly see that these laws were not burdensome, but a benefit for all people and that they were a true reflection of the compassionate character of God.

As we jump into Numbers, we continue the story of the Israelites in the wilderness. As they leave Sinai & spy out the Promised Land, do they enter in or do they cower in fear? Listen in as we discuss the fear of the people but the faithfulness of God.

As Israel agrees to the covenant of Yahweh, they quickly turn to idols & break what they God just established. But, as we soon find out, Moses is a godly man that intercedes for the people & desires nothing but the presence of God.

As Genesis closes, we see Joseph proclaim that God means all things for good. After 400 years in slavery have passed, do the Israelites agree? Join us as we follow the story of Moses & the deliverance of God’s people.

As the Israelites step out of Egypt and into freedom, they rejoice in the might of Yahweh… But does it last? To reassure Israel of His steadfast love & faithfulness, He draws a covenant and allows His presence to dwell among His people in a physical form called the Tabernacle.

Jesus knows you by name. He is the one who will always guard and protect you. We are His sheep!
